I have seen people trying to convert some guitar tabs to corresponding Keyboard Notations to play the keyboard. This generally happens when they want to play the keyboard and they get some guitar tabs from somewhere.
I have also faced this when I started learning keyboard and wanted to play some of my favorite numbers without learning them (yeah, by just grabbing the notes.). For some, I was not able to get the keyboard notations and I ended up in getting only guitar tabs with those Strings (EBGDAE) and some numbers (Fret numbers).
Well, I am just putting a table here to convert the guitar tabs to keyboard notation. You can just print this table and use it for conversion. Its pretty simple.
